On Saturday, April 3, 2004, SMASH led the San Diego Chapter of Protest Warriors on their first mission against the radical anti-war group International A.N.S.W.E.R., who were marching on 32nd St. Naval Station to "encourage resistance within the military." The anti-war crowd numbered about 50; the Protest Warriors mustered fifteen.
Thanks to Richard Armstrong, Matt Hoy, and Mike McLaren for sharing their excellent photographs.
